Finally, the researcher-specific project-, time- & task-management tools and support that every doing-it-all PhD student & early career researcher ought to have

YOU'RE NOT DOING IT 'WRONG'...

It feels A Lot, because it is A Lot

Whatever your wider life’s full and busy with, I see you, and I know you’re juggling A Lot. And that’s before we talk about your PhD, or research project.

Having babies and raising children, caring for elders, part-time work, teaching, living with chronic illness, building a career, starting a social enterprise, enjoying your retirement …

☞ if you’re feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or lonely…

☞ if you’ve got so much to do, you can’t see where to start …

☞ if you dream of ‘deep focus’ sessions, but actually have to work in unpredictable, constantly interrupted patches ….

☞ if you love your work, but not to the exclusion of your health and well-being, your people, and your other interests …

… you’re in just the right place, and far from alone!

That’s where I come in.

I’m Dr Eleanor Pritchard, an expert online mentor for PhD students and early career researchers.

I teach researchers just like you to develop the practices and systems you need to do your work, and to show up for yourself and your people in the way you want to. Because your work matters, but so do you.

With accreditation for excellence in teaching, and a DPhil (PhD) from Oxford, I’ve honed my expertise over 14 years of supporting researchers, including leading a training programme for 2,000 researchers at the University of Oxford.

I’d love to help you work through the challenges you’re facing, so you can focus on what matters most to you

"The regular, mentored, writing-in-community has been a PhD game-changer
for me.
Eleanor really knows her stuff, and she’s so friendly and non-judgemental.
I always make progress, and leave feeling better than I did before, knowing what I need to do next."
